What counts as an agent
One agent is one operating system we take copies from. A virtual machine, a physical server and a
container with its own init count separately. Five databases inside a single PostgreSQL are one
agent, not five.
How volume is counted
We count volume after deduplication and compression, averaged across daily measurements over the
billing period. A one-day peak does not inflate the whole month's bill.
| Item | Metered |
| Copy intake (inbound traffic) | no |
| Restore (outbound traffic) | no |
| Storage after deduplication | yes |
| Restore verifications beyond the plan | yes, 900 ₽ per run |
| Second storage region | included in "Team" |
Billing
- Invoiced once a month, in arrears, by actual consumption.
- For legal entities — bank transfer, closing documents in the first week of the month.
- Annual prepayment — 12% discount; on early termination the remainder is refunded pro rata.
- The 21-day trial needs no card and does not roll over into a paid plan automatically.
If an account goes unpaid, intake stops, but data already stored is kept for another 60 days and
remains available for restore. Deletion for non-payment happens only after that period and after
written notice.
